Clearwater Industries will warrant all products manufactured by them against any defect that effects form, fit, or function of the product for a period of 12-months from date of purchase. If not purchased directly from Clearwater Industries, then proof of purchase showing purchase date is required. If Clearwater Industries determines that the product failed due to a defect then the product will be replaced with a new product at no cost to the customer.
Clearwater Industries will not warrant this product from elements of normal usage.
